Boot Camp

Military style workout which pushes you to the limit with non-stop blasts of cardio and strength training for the entire body.

Bottoms Up

A combination of core specific exercises along with strength moves to tone and sculpt ABS, HIPS, BUTT and LEGS. FEEL the BURN! 45 minutes.

Cardio Funk

Enjoy the free feeling of dance as you work your butt off to the funky beats of music that will move you.

Cardio Step Blast

High-intensity cardio sessions designed to get your body MOVING! Exercising both strength and cardiovascular abilities, non-stop high-energy 60 minutes of pure sweating fun!

Core-ific

30 minutes of core concentrated moves that develop core strength, stability, and the “six-pack look”.

Core mania

"A Total Ab Workout" 30 minutes of hard core moves to give you that "six-pack look".

Coached Cycling 101

This class will help you get ready for your first ride. You will learn where the saddle should be along with how to add resistance and ride the proper way. It is great for first time users or even people who have been taking it for some time.

Cycling

The best cardio workout in the gym for a low-impact, high intensity cardio workout. This indoor cycling class will help you burn 400-1200 calories. The classes are for all levels with driving music and great drills to make the class a great experience.

Drill Cardio kickboxing

60 minutes of non-stop action. Punch and kick your way through a full body workout!

Flow Yoga

The focus of yoga is balanced integration of body, mind and spirit. Postures and posture flows bring increased strength and flexibility to the body. Conscious attention to the breath and the workings of the mind bring a sense of calm.

Kickboxing

High energy class combining punches, kicks, and cardio conditioning to improve your physical fitness, agility, coordination and balance.

Pilates

Core conditioning to strengthen and tone the mid-section while lengthening and stabilizing the spine with deep abdominal support and mental focus.

Sculpt Attack
